Trees for the Future is coming to the Big Apple to exhibit at the Green Festival! This is a two day open-to-the-public exposition, being held at Pier 92, and this year the organizers are expecting over 22,000 attendees!
We will have a 10'x10' booth at the event, and will be looking forward to greeting longtime supporters and friends, making new acquaintances, and helping to get the word out. The organization was founded in in 1989, so this year we're celebrating our 25th Anniversary! During this time we've planted 100 million trees around the world, so we have a great story to tell.
And we welcome your help in telling our story!
We're looking for volunteers to help us populate the booth during the hours when Expo is open to the public, so if you like what we're doing and have a couple of hours we'd very much welcome your involvement. We'll provide you with a t-shirt, plenty of training on what we do and how we do it, and even offer a small stipend for lunch. The exhibit hours are 10AM - 6PM on both Saturday April 26th and 27th, so even one hour's worth of assistance is appreciated!
If you're able to help then please use the enclosed form to let us know your details and date/time preferences, and we'll get back with you right away to confirm.
Thanks in advance for your assistance, we look forward to seeing everyone in New York!
