Stephanie Atwood, M.A. is Founder of the Award Winning Go WOW Team, Best Selling Author, Women's Fitness Writer, certified run coach, trainer, sports nutrition consultant and ranked Masters Competitor.

In 2014 Coach Stephanie started Go WOW Living for women around the globe. The program features encouragement, accountability, and direction for women who want food, fitness, friendship, and fun as ongoing aspects of their lives.

Coach Stephanie founded Go WOW Team in 2006. This award winning, all women's group was voted Best Bay Area Run Club by ABC7 2 year’s running, on their A-List. Go WOW Team is also the official training program for the Oakland Run Fest and See Jane Run Half Marathon.
