The goals of the Performance Camp are simple:
In this camp, Train Heroic performance coaches provide hands on instruction on foundational lifts, introductory strength and conditioning concepts, nutrition, and goal management.
Make no mistake: This is not an academic "seminar" or a "clinic." You will WORK through the duration of the Performance Camp and plan to leave a sweaty (and satisfied) mess.
