If you're a trail (or road) runner who wants to get a few trail miles in and learn how TRX can be incorporated into your routine to bolster core strength, stability, and reduce the chances of injury, Trail Mashup has you covered.
Trail Mashup is led by TRX trainer, trail guru, and Sasquatch Racing co-founder Charles Lantz.
This fun mashup workout includes a brief primer on the basics of trail running, followed by a TRX based warmup at TRX Training Center, a 2 mile (approx) to Ecology Trail in the Presidio for some trail exposure, a few TRX drills on the trail, and a 2 mile cooldown run back to TRX Training Center for some post workout snacks and beverages!
