In 2011, 2012 and 2013 the Alzheimer’s Association held input sessions around the country in keeping with our commitment to giving the Alzheimer’s community an opportunity to shape the historic National Alzheimer’s Plan.

The Association is once again asking you for your input on how Alzheimer’s disease has touched your lives. Please come to share your stories, concerns, issues and comments with us. All of your input will be sent to our National Advocacy office in Washington DC.

We serve individuals and families facing Alzheimer's disease and other diseases, including multi-infarct dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease, Lewy body dementia and Pick's disease.
