Susan Lehman

Susan Lehman Positive Discipline-C.P.D.T., C.N., H.A.R.T. Practitioner

Susan has worked as a professional nanny for over 25 years with families of young children. Her claim to fame is that she was a "Hollywood" nanny. She also worked at a nanny placement agency and school in Beverly Hills as a placement counselor and instructor. She has had training at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA in life coaching and is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She has taught Positive Discipline classes for parents and professionals locally for the last 7 years. An ordained minister, she counsels with H.A.R.T. (Holistic and Rapid Transformation-formerly Creative Therapy) as well as consults on spiritual parenting and healing.

Kayla Lee-Age Appropriate Play-Founder Peekadoodle Kids Club

Kayla is the creator and co-founder of Peekadoodle Kidsclub, which opened its doors in 2008. Peekadoodle is a family based Kidsclub and preschool located in the heart of San Francisco within Ghirardelli Square. With over 20 years of experience working with children, teachers and families, Kayla's career began as a dynamic teacher and planner who specialized in directing curriculum design prior to the launch of Peekadoodle. Kayla played an integral role in organizing and facilitating workshops for primary education teachers in areas of literacy and was also a leader in the initial roll-out of The Everyday Math Curriculum. Her current role is Director of Education for Peekadoodle Academy, a preschool founded on the principles of a balanced approach to learning. As director, Kayla conducts parenting seminars and consults families on how to raise responsible, independent thinkers. Although Kayla's education and classroom experience have made her an invaluable resource to Peekadoodle families, her most insightful learning and teaching experience thus far has been that which she has gained as mother to her healthy young boys, Peyton 9 years and Sloan 2 years.
