During this presentation, Domenico Mazzella will lead guests on a journey exploring the geography, history, myth, cuisine, and wine of Campania. He will also talk about Pompei and the food of the ancient Romans. A selection of photographs and videos taken in Campania will be shown. Wine and food typical of the region will offered to taste.
Since 2004, Domenico Mazzella has served as the President of "Cultural Association Donna Regina", which he co-founded, which aims to promote, disseminate, and propagate the culture and history of Naples and Campania in the world. He has a degree in Preservation of Cultural Heritage from the University of Naples, Suor Orsola Benincasa and a specialized Degree in "Restoration, Diagnostics and Conservation of Works of Art " from the Institute for Restoration in the Palace of Caserta, implemented by Istituto Universitario Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples. He also participated in an advanced training course in “Enhancement of the Cultural Heritage Landscape and Environmental Archaeology”, sponsored by the Ministry of Scientific Research and the University and the City of Pompei.
