Come be apart of a new experience while also supporting foster children in DeKalb County, Georgia. DeKalb's Court Appointed Special Advocate Program is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We train and supervisor volunteers, who are sworn in as official officers of the Gregory A. Adams Juvenile Justice Center. These volunteers, who come from vast backgrounds, advocate for abused and neglected children in DeKalb County, Georgia. They provide a voice for these children throughout their court processes and represent their best interests as permanent homes are found.
Tour de' CASA is a "10k Bike Ride for Advocacy". The money raised will be used to train more volunteers and advocate for more children. The event will take place in Clarkston, GA beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 1:00 PM. All ages are welcome. Prices will vary: Adults (18+) $20; Youth (11-17) $10; Children (10 and under) free. Come celebrate what we are all about. Come be apart of the difference. Come provide a voice for our children.
All sales are final. T-shirts will be distributed to the first 40 individuals that show up and who have pre-registered to the event (MUST BRING TICKET TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE). Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email including your ticket. Please print this and bring it with you on September 6th.
