Hello All,
It's that time of year again! The Tour de Brew 2014 will take us to numerous breweries for a quick tour and sample at each to support an AMAZING school near Midway Airport called the Academy for Global Citizenship.
SCHEDULE:
10:00am Goose Island (SECRET new location: 605 N Sacramento)
11:00am Dryhop (3155 N Broadway)
12:00pm Revolution Brewery (3340 N Kedzie)
1:00pm Half Acre (4257N Lincoln)
2:00pm Begyle (1800 W Cuyler)
3:00pm Rock Bottom (1 W Grand)
ACADEMY FOR GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP
Why do this? We need to raise some money for an amazing Chicago Public School called the Academy for Global Citizenship. It's near Midway airport and serves a diverse, multi-lingual student body that is 80% low-income. The school provides organic breakfast and lunch, solar panels, wind turbines, worm bins in every class, yoga, and they even harvest eggs from their own chicken coop. Learn more about the school here
