Manage Critiques with Sensitivity and Inclusion

Graduate Division Chair Werner Herterich moderates this panel discussion with Mickey Mahoney, Film,Video, New Media & Animation, Rashayla Marie Brown, Assistant Director, Multicultural Affairs, and Kirsten Leenaars, Contemporary Practices. The discussion will cover managing critiques for foundations classes as well as advanced undergraduate and graduate level classes.


Participants will learn how to engage students in discussing their classmates' work as well as their own from formal, conceptual, and cultural points of view.
