These and other tools of mental well-being and self-esteem will help your young adult now, into the next school year and beyond. At a free workshop this August, give your teen the time and the space to mentally prepare for the onslaught of school work, sports, volunteering and work.
We have found that students are more comfortable discussing these topics in groups with their own gender so we are providing separate workshops for girls and guys. This workshop on August 28 is for teenage boys. Please see this page to register for the August 26 workshop for teenage girls.
