MACY’S CULINARY COUNCIL COOKING DEMONSTRATION**
Please join us for a cooking demonstration with tasting samples by renowned Macy’s Culinary Council Chef, TOM DOUGLAS at our Downtown Seattle Macy’s store in the demo kitchen on the 6th floor. Tom was recently named Outstanding Restaurateur by the James Beard Foundation. He owns and manages some of Seattle’s most exciting restaurants: Dahlia Lounge and Bakery, Etta’s, Palace Kitchen, Lola, Serious Pie, Serious Biscuit, Seatown Seabar and Rotisserie, Cuoco, Ting Momo, and Brave Horse Tavern. Tom’s cookbook, I Love Crab Cakes will be available for purchase before and after the event and Tom will gladly sign them for you after the cooking demonstration.
Special Guest Devin Alexander (Biggest Loser Cookbook Series) will host the event and will demonstrate one of her favorite recipes also.

Tickets are $10 per person + service charge. $10 from each ticket sold for the event will be donated to Tom’s favorite food bank – Food Lifeline. All ticketed guests will receive a $10 Macy’s gift card upon check-in prior to the event.
