EVENT DRESS CODE: Nice casual attire is appropriate. Time Out For Women (TOFW) is an event, not a typical conference; Sunday dress is not expected or necessary.

FOOD/LUNCH OPTIONS: No outside food will be allowed in the venue. There will be an 80-minute lunch break on Saturday. We recommend you and your group make plans in advance for this lunch break. For more information about on-site lunch options, please visit our website 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

ONSITE DESERET BOOKSTORE: There will be a bookstore onsite at your event with featured Deseret Book products, including works from the authors and artists presenting at your event. The TOFW Bookstore will only be taking Credit/Debit cards.

MOTHERS WITH INFANTS: Children (including toddlers) are not permitted at a TOFW event. The only exception to this is nursing infants. In order to provide a great experience for both the mothers and the other attendees, ushers will direct groups with infants to seating areas with convenient access to exits by the Mother's Lounge where it will be least disruptive to the program and attendees for baby to be taken out. If your child is fussy or noisy during the event, please promptly exit to the Mother's Lounge to quiet and comfort him or her. Event sound will be available in the Mother's Lounge.

SPECIAL NEEDS REQUESTS: If you or a member of your group requires special arrangements for ASL, hearing or visual impairments, or other needs, all requests must be made directly via our website at http://tofw.com/events/special_needs no later than TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the event. TOFW will make every effort to accommodate timely requests according to our special needs policies.

TICKETING POLICY: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Paid tickets are transferable. Scholarship or complimentary tickets are not transferable and must be used by named attendee or surrendered to TOFW for reissue.

CONDITIONS OF SALE: You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show. You assume all risk and danger of injury and you agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.

YOU MAY BE VIDEOTAPED OR RECORDED: The event taking place in this area is being videotaped/recorded for future use by Deseret Book Company (“DBC”). By entering this area you hereby irrevocably grant to DBC the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium including, without limitation, in DBC and other programing, advertisement and promotion thereof. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against DBC, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries (whether or not wholly owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors, and assigns for such use.
