Learn the why, what and how of developing a Time Management Plan for your business when Larry Lamphier presents “Time in a Bottle” on Monday, October 29, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hudson Library & Historical Society’s Entrepreneurship Series.
Lamphier will explain the importance of having a Time Management Plan that aligns with your company’s long-term vision, short term focus, team and culture to drive outcomes in the desired direction. The instructor will cover time management in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Participants will learn how they can strategically impact productivity and maximize revenues and profitability among other goals in any business.
Business coach and entrepreneurial advocate Lamphier is a hands-on operational executive with a broad business background. He has over 35 years experience in developing, improving and restructuring turnaround companies. Lamphier founded Wintergreen Associates, LLC, the nation’s fastest growing business coaching and advocacy firm. As a member of the AdviCoach team of business coaches, he focuses on business growth through operational excellence, technology improvements, strong communications and strategic planning with a passion for continuous improvement.
