Brandon Thomas is COO at GMG Envirosafe. Brandon was formerly President at Collision Revision, and has worked as an executive in the real estate and mortgage industry. Brandon will provide valuable insight on how consolidators market their businesses, compliance related to insurance DRP agreements, OSHA, and isocyanates and how to build solid insurance company relationships.
Frank Terlep is CEO / Lead Sherpa of Summit eMarketing Sherpas, a company focused on helping auto body and repair shops capture, service and retain more customers, revenue and profit through the use of his e- MarketPlace platform. During the past 28 years, Frank has launched three start-ups designing dozens of technology solutions,held executive positions at Mitchell International and Akzo Nobel, wrote a book on Lean, and is former Chairman of CIECA (Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association) and Co-Chairman of the CIC E-Commerce Committee.
Mark Claypool is owner and CEO at Optima Automotive and SOP MD. Mark offers attendees a vast knowledge of web presence management, and search engine optimization. Mark is also a Contributing Editor at Body Shop Business Magazine. Mark is former Executive Director of the National Auto Body Council and ICAR Education Foundation.
Jim Keller built his first shop in 1981; and a second shop three years later. Jim has been a franchisee, consolidator and is President of the 1Collision Network. Keller is a former board member and past Chairman of the national ASA (Automotive Service Association), CIC Gold Pin member, former 3M/ARMS management workshop instructor, an inductee to the Collision Industry Hall of Eagles and was name 2003 Body Shop Business Magazine Executive of the Year.
Steve is an accomplished Insurance Industry consultant, who's background as a former Claims Manager in Illinois with Progressive Insurance, and Vice President at the Innovation Group will provide attendees great insight a better understanding of relationship building within the auto physical damage claims arena.
Chuck is Executive Director for the National Auto Body Council (NABC), former shop owner, 3M/ARMS Management Workshop Instructor, Past Chairman of the Collision Industry Conference (CIC), ICAR, SCRS, Collision Industry Hall of Eagles Inductee, Body Shop Business Executive of the Year recipient, among many other Industry awards.
