An Interactive 6 Class (one per month) Workshop Series

Developed to help you thrive in your business or employment position, the NAWBO-IE Thrive Program series is targeted to strengthen your business management knowledge.
Join us in kicking off this popular, interative business program, designed to successfully transform how you do business. All programs are held at the Inland Empire Women's Business Center in Riverside.
Workshop series includes:
Class 1: September 30: Business Assessment & Business Vision
During this workshop class, you will complete a business assessment to get an understanding of where your business stands now. Then you will participate in two exercises that will assess where you want your business to go. As part of this six week session, the One Page Business Plan will be utilized as a business planning tool and it will be introduced in this class.
Class 2: October 28: Financial Projections & Key Performance Indicators
"What you can Measure You Can Manage" is the focus of this class. As part of the planning process it is helpful to have a comprehensive projection that will help you plan your company's marketing and sales strategy. We will also discuss what key performance indicators can be implemented to measure performance. And yes, there will be homework.
Class 3: November 25: Planning for Successful Marketing Engage in a enlightening workshop on discovering WHY you do what you do. Then, learn the how-to on creating an effective marketing plan to turn that projection from class 2 into reality. And yes, there will be homework.
Class 4: January 27: Social Media Best Practices What would it mean to your business if you changed your perspective from chasing success to a vital contributor to your clients' lives. Well, join us to discover what it would mean. Also, learn how social media can contribute to your business by implementing a social media strategy calendar. And yes, there will be homework.
Class 5: February 24: Understanding the Financials and Increasing Profits
Empower yourself with number knowledge. Learn the meaning behind the numbers and how to utilize numbers to measure success in areas of cash flow, profitability, liquidity and much more. And yes, there will be homework.
Class 6: March 31: Thrive Presentations
It's your time to THRIVE and share your objectives, strategies and action plan. We want to hear what you're going to be up to after the end of this THRIVE session. Don't worry, by this class you will have a business plan (if you do your homework) and you will be all prepared to share your success.
MEMBERS program cost is only $99 until August 31; registrations after Aug. 31 will be $149. If all six classes are attended a refund will be offered.
NON-MEMBERS program cost is only $175.00. If all six classes are attend a $100 credit will apply to NAWBO-IE membership.
