Eat for a Cause proudly presents: Threauxdown - a Cajun Cook-off & All You Can Eat Crawfish Boil. Come out to Griff's Bar in Montrose to get your fill of Crawfish and participate in a cajun cook-off. Up to 20 teams will create one Cajun dish (exception being boiled crawfish) for judges and attendees to sample. Trophies will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as determined by the panel of celebrity judges as well as Popular Choice as voted by you.
$100 per team entry fee; Each team receives 6 wristbands.
$50 VIP Passes - Includes one (1) hour early access (12:00 PM) into the event; t-shirt, koozie, three (3) votes for Popular Choice, samples from each team, and all you can eat Crawfish.
$25 Advance General Admission ($30 at the door) - Includes all you can eat crawfish and samples from each team, and one (1) vote for Popular Choice.
Door prizes and raffles.
All proceeds raised from the event will benefit the Julia C. Hester House. The Hester House provides a safe haven for youth, as well as promoting education and quality of life for families by offering comprehensive case management services for both individuals and families.
All monies donated are tax-deductible
What can/can't I bring to the event?
NO outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
