 The Makeover

On the track 12:30-5:30 both days

Twenty-six trainers from 15 states and Canada will perform with 26 ex-racehorses horses that they acquired at the start of the summer in ten disciplines. Performances include commentary and discussion. Follow their training online at www.retiredracehorsetraining.org

  • Soundness Session (10 am) Review of common issues that appear in OTTB pre-purchase exams, how they are treated, and what they might mean for suitability in various disciplines (Dr. Gary Spurlock Spurlock Equine Associates, Dr. Janik Gaslorowski MidAtlantic Equine Medical Center, TBA)
