You are cordially invited to the next Thornhill Design Laboratory Salon, to be held

August 1, 2012.  We will start at 10:00 AM and run to Noon.

The purpose of the event is to give detailed information about this new weekly series, to be held each Wednesday morning at the Fremont Abbey Arts Center, 4272 Fremont Avenue (At the corner of 43rd), in Seattle, Washington 98103.  Check: http://fremontabbey.org.

The salon will always be a source for up-to-the-minute news and connections for everything happening at the Lab.

Our book this week will be “The Biography of a Building: How Robert Sainsbury and Norman Foster Built a Great Museum”, From Thames & Hudson (www.thamesandhudson.com/9780500342763.html)

If you have read the book, or are reading it now, we would certainly like to hear your opinion.  Join us – or email it in!

There is no mandatory fee, but donations will be accepted when you register.  Advance Registration is requested.  Register today at: http://tdlsalon1.eventbrite.com.  We have limited our group to twelve participants, so that each person can fully participate.

Coffee and bottled water will be served.  You are certainly welcome to bring pastries or other treats for the group to enjoy.

The busiest part of The Thornhill Design Lab is the Thornhill Digital Storytelling initiative.  There is more information on our blog at: http://digitalstorytellingseminar.blogspot.com/.
