Chef 1 - It begins with the knife. We introduce you to proper knife technique as this skill is essential in the kitchen for consistent, quality preparation of many ingredients needed for even cooking and quality presentation of the finished dish. We then distribute all of the "knife needed' ingredients to the recipes we cook. Sauteing techniques, quick and delicious sauces, side dishes and proteins will be prepared.
