Theatre Roanoke College presents "SLAVS!"
Daily Event: 7:30 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Note: Seating is extremely limited.
SLAVS! is written by Tony Kushner, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning author of Angels in America, who recently was nominated for an Oscar for Lincoln. The play explores the collapse of ideology, love, and faith through the voices of a crumbling Russia. The play asks the question, "What is to be done?" in a world of painful injustice and disorder devoid of clear solutions. For mature audiences only. Adult language and themes.
SLAVS! had its premiere at the Actor's Theatre of Louisville. Now, Theatre Roanoke College is pleased to welcome visiting artist John Robert Hurley of New York's Ready, Set, Go! Theatre Company to direct on the Olin stage.
