THE WHOLE ATHLETE: WHERE HEALTH MEETS PERFORMANCE.
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership for 2014. Dallas Hartwig of Whole9 is teaming up with Stephanie Gaudreau of Stupid Easy Paleo to present a brand new series of seminars, designed to help competitive athletes, weekend warriors, and exercise enthusiasts alike maximize performance while continuing to improve their health and quality of life.
While Whole9 nutrition seminars always cover material pertinent to active people (like how systemic inflammation impacts recovery from exercise, and tweaking post-workout nutrition), the information presented at these events is specifically tailored to those who care not only about their health, but about their athletic performance in their sport or chosen exercise program.
While Dallas and Steph could present 600 hours of content, they're going to do their best to compress it down into one jam-packed full-day seminar, covering:

This seminar run from 9 AM - 4 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This event will be catered (for a fee) by Pre-Made Paleo; all meals will be Whole30 approved. An email with lunch information will be sent to all participants a few weeks before the event.
