The Urban Farmers 2013 group purchase of fruit trees will be held on Saturday February 9th from 1 to 3pm at the Friendship Hall of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
If you have ordered fruit trees from our website, this is the time and place to pick up your trees.
A free workshop on how to plant and care for your fruit tree is open to all.
Please note: Frienship Hall is located at the lower parking lot of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. If you are turning into Carol Lane from Mt Diablo Road, proceed past the church sign and turn right at the Springstone School sign.
We are a grassroots, all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Contra Costa County. We harvest backyard fruit for the needy, as well as plant and maintain fruit trees and Giving Orchards. Our focus is on hunger relief and building healthy, resilient communities.
