You’re invited to this unique location to unveil the premium portfolio of Pernod Ricard’s Canadian Whisky including Pike Creek, Lot 40 and Wiser’s 18. This experience will encourage you to become engaged as an active part of the dinner and join in conversations to understanding what makes a great whisky. Master Blender, Don Livermore and Canadian Whisky expert and author of Canadian Whisky, The Portable Expert , Davin De Kergommeaux will lead the conversations while sharing anecdotal stories and key insights on what sets these brands apart.
Chef David Anthony Temple has been hailed as a pioneer of underground dinners by the Dallas Morning News. Also known as Chef DAT, his nom de cuisine eschews the brick-&-mortar culinary model, choosing instead to unveil his locally sourced food through invitation only. Chef DAT will give the guests a culinary experience, utilizing Whisky to create bold flavors.
