NEW ORLEANS, LA- Since 1974 the Maple Leaf Bar has presented the best music local music New Orleans has to offer, especially during Jazzfest. The “Leaf” is the oldest operating music venue outside of the French Quarter, and celebrates 40 years of presenting live music this year. The four decades of night-time Jazzfest Series have boasted legendary collaborations, and surprise sit-ins, and this year is sure to not disappoint. Our Funk N’ Stay Up sunrise shows begin at 3am, later than any other late-night show, and everybody knows there will be music at the Leaf long after every other club has called it a night.

Any taxi will know how to get to the Maple Leaf Bar, but just in case our address is 8316 Oak Street.

SINCE 1974, the Maple Leaf Bar has existed as the longest-running music venue in New Orleans, outside of the French Quarter, welcoming a diverse and incredible array of talent to its stage, as well as some of the most devoted music lovers in the universe. “The Leaf” as it’s lovingly referred to by its regulars, is a New Orleans enthusiasts’ musical paradise 7 nights a week all year round.
During Jazzfest, the Leaf’s festivities are at their highest peak. This Uptown institution, built on a legacy of dancing and libations, pulls out all the stops to celebrate for Jazzfest. The bar will feature live music every night of the week. From late-night shows that go till sunrise every night, to legendary collaborations that have never been seen before, both musicians and fans know that once the sun goes down on the Fairgrounds, the Maple Leaf Bar is the place to be!!!
