Are you a school or special education leader juggling one too many lists or calendars? Have your To-Do lists strangely multiplied? If so, join us at the Together Leader workshop.
The Together Leader workshop will focus on the purpose, process, and usage of the following five tools: the Comprehensive Calendar, the Upcoming To-Do List, Thought Catchers, Meeting Notes and the Daily/Weekly Worksheet. Emphasis will be placed on planning ahead, prioritizing clearly, increasing efficiency and improving follow-through.
At the end of the workshop, each participant will have created a personalized and complete organization system that withstands the pressures of working in schools or school-supporting environments.
*Please note, all registrants will be sent a mandatory survey that must be completed by April 4, 2014. This survey will help Ms. Heyck-Merlin shape the workshop, so please be candid. You cannot attend the workshop if the survey is not completed by April 4th.
