Who: Fort Lewis College Alumni and Current FLC Students

What: Applying for jobs today is a lot different than just two years ago. Applicant tracking systems (ATS), one-way interviews, resume scan apps, Artificial Intelligence resume builders, keyword stuffing, and LinkedIn profile optimization tactics it has become complicated. Join Jeff Saville, FLC's Director of the Career and Life Design Center, as he breaks it down into straightforward steps of successful job searching.
