It’s time for a different kind of youth ministry training event, one that will spark your imagination. The Summit is a 2-day youth ministry event low on hype and high on story; low on entertainment and high on flammable ideas.
The theme for The Summit this first time out is PANORAMA. Let’s link arms (and brains and hearts!) as we pause to grasp a big-picture view of the “hear and now” (Main Session 1, focused on our current reality), “peripheral vision” (Main Session 2, focused on what we can learn from other fields), and “the horizon” (Main Session 3, focused on a hopeful view of the future). All presenters are being carefully selected to help us pull a thread through the entire two days. Throw in some Q&A, some open space processing, a bit of worship, and a final keynote to wrap it up, and you’ll find that The Summit doesn’t fit the categories for what you’ve experienced at a youth ministry event. It’s different.
Do you have a refund policy for your events?
The quick answer is no, not officially. We don't have a universal refund policy for all of our events. (Remember, we're a start-up company! We're just figuring out all of that stuff)
We will work with you. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Such as, if you buy 2 tickets to The Summit and are not able to attend... if it's 3 weeks out and you let us know we are very likely to refund your money. But if you don't show up and don't let us know why we are less likely to extend that refund.
We're in ministry, we get it. Marko and I have spent our lifetimes working with people in ministry. We know stuff comes up. So if you suddenly have to bail on an event because of an emergency at home, we're pretty likely to offer a refund. (A death in the family, something at church blew up, etc.) But if you just didn't feel like coming at the last minute or you forgot to plan, we're less likely to offer the refund.
Please understand we are a small business. We produce our events on a shoestring budget and every dollar really matters.
