The State of Employee Benefits in New York’s Nonprofits
Presented by Amanda Flanagan, Group Employee Benefits Administrator, NYCON
February 28th, 2014  11:00am to 12:00pm

This one-hour webinar for NYCON’s Group Employee Benefits participants will help provide an overview of what nonprofit organizations in our state are offering as voluntary and employer sponsored benefits to their employees. This will help you benchmark your own benefits package and review the landscape for creative ideas that other employers may be using to attract and retain the best talent.

Learning Objectives will include:

  • Benchmark what benefits non-profits offer by: operating budget, field of work, and geographic region.
  • Benefits planning, design, and return on investment.
  • Using benefits to recruit and retain employees.

**This will be a high level overview, questions will be welcome.
**This is a live event & will not be recorded.
