Isabelle Suares heads the Change Management Office for Cisco Services. She is responsible for driving the adoption of a large portfolio of strategic initiatives, enabling executives to make data-driven decisions and building change capabilities for the 15,000+ people organization. Isabelle has led global transformational initiatives for Acquisitions, Supply Chain, Procurement, CRM and R&D organizations. Before joining Cisco in 2006, Isabel worked at HP where she managed significant change for their procurement processes. Isabelle earned an MS from the Imperial College in London.
Margaret Kelleher, Senior Manager, Change Management and Training, VMWare
Margaret Kelleher is currently Senior Manager, Change Management and Training at VMware, where she is responsible for managing the design, development and delivery of training, change management and adoption activities for VMware's Partner organization. She joined VMware in 2013 from Cisco, where she led the change management and communications team delivering strategic, transformational change for cloud-based software licensing solution.
Ardeshir Mehran, Ph.D., Principal, iLead Consulting
Ardeshir Mehran, Ph.D. is a leadership excellence coach, who enables leaders to achieve their personal and operating goals, at faster and higher rates. He has led the development of high-impact global leadership and training systems, succession planning, and spearheaded culture change, organization design, and business transformation initiatives. Before founding iLead Consulting, Ardeshir was Executive Director of Enterprise Learning and Development at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics, Measurement and Industrial Psychology and a Masters in Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University.
Anne-Marie Grigsby, Senior Business Change Manager, Adobe
Anne-Marie Grigsby is Senior Business Change Manager at Adobe where she leads top change management initiatives. She is known for simplifying complex issues and achieving business results. Prior to joining Adobe, Anne-Marie was Change Management Lead at Cisco where she helped establish the Change Management Center of Excellence. She is the 2013-2014 Vice President of the Northern California Chapter of the Association of Change Management professionals (ACMP).
Barbara Sullivan, Senior Manager, WPR Facilities Ops Center of Excellence, NetApp
As Senior Manager of Business Planning in NetApp’s WPR Center of Excellence, Barbara Sullivan is leading the facilities management optimization program for the Americas. Prior to NetApp, as VP of Services for Living PlanIT, she developed the urban operating system services portfolio for, a Smart City start-up in Portugal. In 2012, Barbara was named Fellow at ConvergeUS, the non-profit arm of TechNet, a bipartisan, political network of technology sector CEO’s and senior executives. Barbara has a Masters Degree from the California State Polytechnic University.
