On Friday night, Natural Gourmet Institute is transformed into an intimate dining room, where NGI’s Chef’s Training Program students and instructors prepare a three-course vegetarian Friday Night Dinner that is innovative, delicious and beautifully presented.
Dinners are Prix Fixe and BYOB.

10% of proceeds from tonight's Friday Night Dinner will go to The Holistic Moms Network™, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization connecting parents who are interested in holistic health and green living. They encourage moms to trust their instincts, parent from the heart, use their innate sense of what is best for their children, live in balance with the Earth, and learn about the pros and cons of all healthcare and parenting options.
