Event Details

The 2013 Wo/men’s Conference, Take Action: Reshape Your World strives to empower women and men to be introspective in their own lives, make socially responsible choices, and take action to make their communities, classrooms and spheres of influence more just places.

This year’s conference offers three tracks:

1.) Change Begins with you: Leading from Within

2.) It Takes a Village: Effective Community Activism

3.) How to be an Engaged Ally

These tracks promise to equip participants with the tools necessary to transition visionary ideas into reality, to practice lives of congruence, to create inclusive space, to overcome bystander mentalities, and most importantly to lead by example.
