STEPPING-STONE OF THE NEW ERA CONNECTING GLOBAL ROBOTICS MARKETS WITH FLOATING SOURCES AND SHARING KOREAN ROBOTICS-TECHNOLOGY AND IDEAS  THROUGH INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION

 

 

Background:

The 2012 Memorandum of Understanding between Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (‘hereafter MTLC) and Robot Enterprise Promotion Association (‘hereafter REPA”), fostered interest and increased business development opportunities in the Robotics Sector.

To meet and pursue this increasing interest, MTLC and REPA have actively been collaboration in “The YouTube Online Mall for Robot Products” managed by REPA.

The Grand Opening Ceremony celebrates Robot Enterprises world-wide and unveils our video.

 

Description of Event:

The main purpose of the event is to show and discuss global collaboration with three different features.  First is to celebrate ongoing global project called " The Robot Online Mall" Grand Opening, Please Join the Robot Online Mall Project by sending your product video clips.  Second is to share Robotics Technology through Road Show with Korean and New England Robotics Cluster together.  This is open road show to robotics companies with no fee. Please bring your robots to share!   Last feature is to deliver ideas from each sector in global robotics industry.

CREATION OF REPA

DaeGyeong Robot Enterprise Promotion Association (REPA) was launched aimed to lay the foundation for building ties among the domestic and international robotics public and private sectors (industry associations, chambers of commerce, universities, nonprofit organizations, and individual business).

The creation of REPA addresses the critical leadership issues of innovation in robotics industry. The organization is committed to fostering entrepreneurship and promoting the success of companies that develop and deploy new technology in robotics industry.  REPA also will host international robotics industry events and build the business relationship globally.

 

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF REPA

The mission of the association is to take a leadership role in sharing and introducing industry state of art technologies among private sector organizations both domestically and globally. 

The objective of the association is to assist in obtaining  project funds for robot companies that wishes to collaborate in technology and manufacturing.
