Simply put The Queen City Games is a City Wide Scavenger Hunt...but it's much bigger than that. We give people the opportunity to win amazing prizes while helping local, national, and international social causes raise funds. This year we have three event missions: April 12th - Capture the Flags ($5000 up for grabs), April 19th - Golden Egg Hunt (Tiffany's diamond ring up for grabs), and April 26th - Scavenger Hunt Finale (Groupon Getaway up for grabs).
The $25 Registration covers registration for two. Although all event missions are open to the general public we encourage schools, churches, organizations, and small businesses to register teams for the April 12th event to have the chance to raise funds for any upcoming projects or causes you may have. The April 26th event would be great for engaged couples looking for a free honeymoon.
These events are great for date nights, team building, guys vs girls night, and more.
Each event mission will begin with check-in and mission briefing at 1510 South Mint Street. 1 representative from each team needs to check in there beginning at 1:15pm. All directions, registration packets, and other treats will be given out at this time. The event will officially kick-off at 2:00pm sharp.
More about the missions:
Capture the flag - there will be several flags strategically placed around the city. You will be given clues to where each flag is located as well as task to carry out during the challenge. It is your job to work with your partner to find the most flags, complete tasks, and get back before time is up.
Find the Golden Egg - A golden, silver, and bronze egg has been hidden in various locations around the city. You will be given a list of clues that if complete will lead you directly to the golden egg which will contain the Tiffany's Ring.
InstaScavenger Hunt Finale - The finale is not just any scavenger hunt...during mission briefing you will be encouraged to follow a mystery person on instagram and twitter. Using just the clues we give you and tweets and pictures this mystery person posts you must find the person first and make it back to headquarters before time runs out.
Why we charge a fee:
