Join Colonial Williamsburg journeyman printer Peter Stinely in a look at the tools of the trade of 18th century printers like Benjamin Franklin. Printers were important conveyors of information in pre-Revolutionary America. Learn how they practiced their craft in this hands-on presentation.

The programs are free of charge and do not require tickets or reservations thanks to a grant from Friends of Williamsburg Regional Library. 

The traveling exhibit, "Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World," is organized by the Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary, Philadelphia, in cooperation with the American Library Association's Public Programs Office, "Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World" was made possible by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
