The Follow up gap - Early Warning Detection to avoid crisis

Focus: Thermography

Guest Speaker: Julie Lackie

Are You At High Risk Without Knowing?

Please join us on Saturday, April 27 from 12:00 - 2:00pm for a free seminar about Thermography (Thermal Imaging). There will be a hands on demonstration to show how Thermography works. Licensed Clinical Thermographer Julie Lackie will show how this technology can reveal inflammation and congested sites.

Here is your invitation to a FREE demonstration on how Thermal Imaging, an early warning detection, can avoid a later crisis!

Space is limited.

What Is Thermography and What Can It Show?

Thermography or Thermal Imaging is a safe, non-invasive imaging test which accurately monitors vascular changes by measuring the heat differences coming from the body. We use state-of-the-art, ultra-sensitive infrared cameras and sophisticated computers to detect, analyze and produce high-resolution diagnostic images. It offers no side effects unlike other scanning methods such as Mammograms, CAT Scans, MRI’s. This procedure is done in a matter of minutes with no radiation, no body contact and no compression. The images are securely uploaded to a group of trained, Board Certified Reading Medical Doctors who evaluate the displayed images and generate a report as well as explanations regarding all the non-related findings (vascular, muscular, lymphatic, and skin findings, with implications for the associated neurological, digestive, and other tissues and organs). Experience this cutting-edge technology and you can learn early on where problems are developing and initiate changes in your health long before actual signs and symptoms occur. It is the best choice for safely monitoring the health in men, women and children. Make Thermography a significant part of your annual health care routine.

Prior to your appointment, patients are required to follow strict protocol to ensure the best conditions for a successful thermal screening . The entire appointment can take from 45-60 minutes. Within 5-7 days, a color copy of the images, together with a full interpreted report, will be sent to you and available at KYO for discussion on all findings. The results will either assist in diagnosis (especially in conjunction with other diagnostic or suspicious findings) or in establishing of a baseline pattern to which all future thermograms will be compared. Any significant changes deviating from this baseline will warrant further investigation or treatment. As with all other diagnostic tests, there is never a 100% guarantee of detection of a lesion, although Thermal Imaging has been proven to be overall extremely sensitive in comparison with other tests making it 97% accurate at finding abnormalities.

A tumor must grow to nearly the size of a dime before it becomes visible by conventional methods. Most tumors have been slowly growing in the body for several years before they are detected. Thermography is the only screening method available that detects angiogenesis (a group of blood vessels formed by the tumor for food and oxygen) when the tumor may be at its minutest physical stage of development (no larger than the head of a pin), and when it is still relatively easy to halt and reverse the cancer's progression. It takes years for a tumor to become life threatening. With the currently commonplace absence of preventive efforts, early detection is the key to saving lives.

Thermography has been recognized as a viable diagnostic tool since 1982 by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and by the AMA Council on Scientific affairs in 1987, the ACA Council on Diagnostic Imaging, by the Congress of Neuro-Surgeons, since 1988 and in 1990 by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Medical Thermography has been used extensively in human medicine in the USA, Europe and Asia for the past 20 years (it should not be confused with the older, less accurate, NON-digital thermography of the 70's and early 80's). The American Heart Association suggests thermography as an initial screening for heart disease.
