Join Jan for a lesson in making flavorful, slow-fermented pizza dough and toppings inspired by Berkeley's celebrated Cheese Board pizzas. We'll make two fabulous vegetable-only pizzas: tomato, onion, and cheese pizza with herb oil and potato with cilantro pesto pizza and pine nuts. Kids make great pizza makers too, and are welcome to attend! Please inquire about special pricing for children. Bring an apron & an appetite. Extensive handouts provided.
