Zugunruhe (pronounced zoo gen ROO ha) is the German word for "migratory restlessness" that describes the behavioral changes prior to a journey central to one's survival. It is also the title of Jason F. McLennan's book that inspired the companion book theZugunruhe Mastery Guide by Paul Werder. This workshop will introduce you to the core principles and practices that will dramatically enhance your leadership effectiveness - and invite you to take the whole journey, using these practical tools every day with the Zugunruhe Self-Study Program, all the way to mastery.

Paul Werder, Principle, LionHeart Consulting Inc.
Paul Werder founded LionHeart Consulting in 1983. He teamed with Jason F. McLennan to author the Zugunruhe Mastery Guide as a means of helping green professionals embody the competencies of a masterful change agent. Currently, he is working on a team at the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value at Case Western University to research the best means of integrating spirituality into their curriculum as “an essential component of the Center’s curriculum….and makes spirituality highly accessible for business people everywhere.”
