THE OWLISH LINKEDIN WISDOM WORKSHOP (2 Hours)

EXCLUSIVE EVENT - SINGLE SESSION ONLY!

Holiday Inn - University of Memphis,

Thursday, September 12, 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM CST

Facilitated by global LinkedIn authority, J.D. GERSHBEIN

The Owlish LinkedIn Wisdom Workship will provide a comprehensive overview of LinkedIn best practices for business development, and illuminate what is possible as a result of openly engaging on the site. The program will also help participants set realistic goals for LinkedIn use, develop a mindset around success in social business and immediately effect real world positive change.

The workshop is organized into the following learning modules:

MODULE I: LinkedIn Profile & Social Branding Strategies

A striking, remarkable LinkedIn profile is one that articulates an individual’s core competencies and unique qualities, garners trust and shapes favorable perceptions in the minds of potential buyers. Participants will learn all the essential components of the LinkedIn profile and how they integrate to drive success both on and off of LinkedIn.

MODULE II: LinkedIn Network Managment Strategies

Irrespective of industry, success is predicated on professional relationships. Whereas the LinkedIn profile is the cornerstone of successful social networking, it is the people that comprise an individual’s network that drive outcomes. Participants will learn the importance of building and managing a tightly-knit LinkedIn network and how to assign value to the people that inhabit it.

MODULE III: LinkedIn Group Engagement Strategies

The LinkedIn groups are not glorified chat rooms. They are vibrant, specialized online communities pulsating with activity and the potential for prolific business development. Participants will learn the ethics of LinkedIn group participation and how to convert approaches into meaningful conversations.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have learned vital social networking skills and develop insights that will help them:

¨     Immediately capitalize on the marketability of their LinkedIn profiles

¨    Generate more inbound business leads into their sales funnel
