When & Where
Nancy Nadel, Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier at The Oakland Chocolate Company
The Oakland Chocolate Company is a small bean to bar to bonbon company using Jamaican cocoa beans exclusively. We are dedicated to helping the cacao farmers in Jamaica get their fine-flavored chocolate better known. We make mostly dark chocolate, 70 and 85%, as well as some milk chocolate. We also have vegan truffles and vegan chocolate mousse . If you are vegan and attending this event, please send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance so that I will be sure to have some vegan truffle options available for you.
