The C.A.R. Annual Inaugural Gala is the night for real estate in Chicago! This year’s gala is no exception. Held at the stunning SWISSÔTEL CHICAGO, the event will feature installation of C.A.R. 2013-14 leadership and an awards program including the newest member of the C.A.R. Hall of Fame, Robert J. Buford of Planned Realty Group. Celebrate our industry with the who’s who of Chicago real estate, connect with new contacts and catch up with old friends at this annual gala.
5:30 pm Grand Reception, Zurich Ballroom, (One level below the first floor)
6:15 pm Doors to Zurich Ballroom open
6:35 pm Program and Dinner
9:00 pm After Party in Zurich Ballroom, (One level below the first floor)
Ticket Purchases – If you purchased a table by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12th you will receive printed tickets in the U.S. mail to distribute to your guests. All attendees must check in and pick up a wristband at the registration desk located on the ballroom level (one level below the first floor). You must have a wristband and present it to security to enter the Reception, Zurich Ballroom, or After Party. If you provided the names of your guests, the registration will be held under the guest’s names. If the names of your guests were not provided in advance, please inform your guests they will need to provide the name of the person who secured the registration.
Attire: For all other guests, cocktail or business attire is acceptable.
Parking: Parking for the event is valet only. A discounted price of $20 per car will be honored. Guests should drive just past the main hotel drive up to the Event Centre entrance, located on their right. Valet will be outside the Event Centre to park their vehicles.
As a note, our valet team will staff attendants outside to assist in directing cars to the Event Centre drive.
