Louisa Shafia is a chef and author of the New Persian Kitchen (10 speed press 2013). Sara Jenkins is the chef/ owner of Porsena and producer of Tuscan olive oil. Together they have created a meal and a menu to mark the first night of Hanukkah with Persian recipes and newly pressed 2014 extra virgin olive oil.
