The New Face of Organic Wine
Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
During the last dozen years, the world of winemaking seems to have made an about-face with respect to the integrity of natural grape growing. The available number of organically-farmed wines has sharply increased, as has their quality. The new question has become, “just what does organic mean when it comes to wine”. Terms like “sustainably-farmed”, “biodynamic”, “vegan-friendly”, and “no sulfites added” are tossed about as if we were born familiar with advanced viticulture.
Join us this September for an unconventional dinner party wherein Deborah will lay it all out and answer your burning questions regarding the modern organic wine movement. You’ll taste (and drink) many superb examples of organic wines from all parts of the spectrum, paired with meal-sized quantities of exquisite homemade foods. After the presentation, we’ll leave plenty of time for business networking. You’ll walk away with a whole new outlook and understanding of a growing wine market sector, not to mention some new contacts and a full belly!
