Event Details

NELIC -- the New and Emerging Legal Infrastructures Conference -- brings together the lawyers, entrepreneurs, and technologists who are working to build the biggest disruptive technologies in the legal industry.

The aim of the conference is to provide a meeting point for a deep and substantive discussion about the long-term impact of these technologies, and how they might come to be broadly adapted in the industry as a whole.

This year's conference will address the emerging fields of quantiative legal prediction/analysis, legal finance and securitization, legal automation, and the design of user-friendly platforms that make it easy to manage legal services and transactions.

Panelists to be featured include:

* Josh Walker, CEO, Lex Machina

* Franny Lee, Stanford Intellectual Property Exchange

* Dan Martin Katz, Computational Legal Studies, University of Michigan Law School

* Itai Gurari, Google Scholar

* Michael Linksvayer, Vice President, Creative Commons
