The Minding Your Business Foundation

Formerly Minding Your Business Consignment Store, The Minding Your Business Foundation is a TN 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides quality professional clothing and accessories for referred individuals with upcoming job interviews and new employment! We do this through the generosity of the entire community! Our mission is simple. "We enhance and enrich the lives of career seekers by providing the bridge that connects opportunity with economic independence."

Founded by Mr. Ronnie G. Brooks, Jr., we also offer a safe haven for job seekers to utilize our computer lab for applying for employment, get valuable support for developing their resume, and have access to mentors for ongoing employment support even after a job is obtained. We believe the entire community benefits in many ways when individuals are able to find gainful employment that leads to a successful career!

We greatly appreciate your support! Contact us to bring in your career clothing items in good condition for a tax deductible donation. Also please come and shop in our store and experience a phenomenal shopping experience where your purchases will directly aide a neighbor with obtaining employment!
