This workshops will cover what you need to know to make the finest digital prints from your digital camera files. From exposure to adjustment/optimization, to choosing the right paper. Examples of different fine-art papers will be shown to make the best possible prints. And beyond the technical details, you will learn ways to make your images stronger and more compelling.
Students will leave this course with a print or two. Printed from the Epson 4900 printer, using fine-art-paper suitable for framing.
This course will cover:
Intermediate: Attendee should be Mac or PC computer literate and understand basic Photoshop tools, such as: QuickSelection, lasso, clone, healing brush and layers. Mac computers are used in our lab. You may email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This class takes place in our state of the art computer lab where each student is assigned a brand new 27-inch iMac 2.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 equipped with an Intuos graphics tablet. You do not need to bring a laptop.
