 Leadership Retreat

GOALS:

  • Outline what we have been able to do with the resources we have.
  • Discuss what we would like to do in the future.
  • Decide how to build the capacity to sustain and expand our work!

AGENDA:

 

10-noon: Discuss the big question of capacity building within the Leave No Child Inside Collaborative’s staff, Steering Team and operations.

Lunch – Relax with the lunch you brought. Explore the grounds or deepen relationships with others.

1-2:30 p.m.: Return to the morning work with renewed focus. Name action steps or working groups.

2:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Break into groups to discuss 501c3 status and steps as well as formation of a planning committee to make the spring All-Ohio Summit as effective as possible

3:30 p.m. Regroup/farewell

The Leave No Child INSIDE Collaborative of Central Ohio is so pleased you will be attending!

We would like to share information on what to expect and what to bring.

ATTIRE:

We hope to offer a break or two for hiking or boating. Please dress casually (jeans) and wear weather-appropriate clothing.

BRING:

  • *YOUR OWN BROWN BAG LUNCH*
  • Business cards
  • Something with which to take notes, if you desire
  • Money if you wish to purchase items available for sale (music CDs, etc), or if you wish to make a donation to the Collaborative.

Located on 68 acres in Delaware, Ohio, Greenwood Lake Camp & Retreat Center is ideally suited to host groups of 50 to 250 from Central Ohio and surrounding areas.  We provide comfortable meeting spaces, flexible lodging, and recreation opportunities to make your stay memorable.  Greenwood Lake, north of Columbus, is a great location for school and church retreats, youth conferences, summer camp programs, band camps, corporate trainings, and other special events.  While at Greenwood Lake, you will enjoy a private setting, modern facilities, and a beautiful natural environment.  We are conveniently located approximately 30 minutes north of Columbus, Ohio, a few miles west of Interstate 71.
