Session 3 of "The Launch Series: A Boot Camp for Startups

"Crowdfunding: What it is and Where it Stands" presented by Matthew Benson, Attorney at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, PLLC (Matthew Benson and Philip Shaw of Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson will be available immediately following this event for one-on-one discussion about your business.)

"The Launch Series: A Boot Camp for Startups" is a valuable opportunity for startups and early stage companies to learn about issues that impact how you start and grow your venture.

Do you have questions around intellectual property, taxes, funding, attracting and keeping talent, partnerships, more? This is your chance to learn the basics from experts and ask questions about your own business. Presenters will make time for Q & A and one-on-one discussions following the presentation.

Workshop sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at noon, beginning October 16, 2013 and running through June 2014. You can attend one or every one of the sessions - it's up to you. Invites for future sessions will be sent monthly.

The group meets at the abi Innovation Hub at 844 Elm Street in Manchester.

There is no charge to attend but seating is limited and registration is required. Lunch will be provided. Questions? Contact Michele Petersen at michele@abihub.org
