The Last Bully: Stopping Epidemics of Violence
Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 6:30 PM (MST)
The Last Bully: Stopping Epidemics of Violence is a four-part film series grabbing all our senses to understand the complexity of bullying, the dynamics and sources that motivate and sustain it, and what it must take to bring an end to bullying.
Presented by The Aurora Foundation of Southern Arizona in partnership with The Loft Cinema, Tucson International Jewish Film Festival, the Fund for Civility, Respect and Understanding, this film series takes us to four settings: school, workplace, insitution, and home. Each film gives insight to the underlying yet unique dynamics of bullying in these settings and how the capacity of each setting both fosters bullying and yet can put an end to bullying.
Audience members are invited to discuss and share ideas about the film and bullying with the film maker and/or a panel of individuals with diverse expertise and understandings about bullying and what it takes to put an end to bullying.
You can purchase single tickets for each event, OR purchase the whole series at the same time.
