Join us from 9:00am - 12:00pm for the Model Lighting Ordinance Workshop, presented by James Benya of the International Dark-Sky Association. The presentation is designed for city planners, lighting professionals and anyone interested in how proper outdoor lighting can be achieved while promoting energy conservation. The Model Lighting Ordinance (MLO) is designed to help municipalities develop outdoor lighting standards that reduce glare, light trespass and skyglow.
